Interventions

Intervention 1: For intervention group ((n = 35), 24-48 hours after childbirth, one group consultation session (3-6 people in each group) with debriefing approach during 90-180 minutes would be held.
Prevention
For intervention group ((n = 35), 24-48 hours after childbirth, one group consultation session (3-6 people in each group) with debriefing approach during 90-180 minutes would be held.
The control group (n = 35) received only routine care will after delivery

16 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: postpartum women with vaginal or emergency cesarean; women with traumatic birth experience based on DSM5-A criteria; The ability of listening and speaking; Both primiparous and multiparous women; Without Known mental disorders before delivery; No history of psychiatric drug using; Having contact number to follow up Exclusion criteria: History of postpartum depression; History of chronic and systemic disease or aggravated disorders during pregnancy and childbirth; Tragedy accident during last year; Illegitimate pregnancy; Fetal malformation, stillbirth and neonatal death; History of abortion, instrumental delivery, stillbirth and infant death during previous pregnancy and childbirth; Elective and repeated cesarean sections; Depression scores of 13 and above using the Edinburgh Depression Scale at pre-test

MeasureTime frame
Post traumatic stress symptoms. Timepoint: 24 to 48 hours after delivery, 10 to 15 days after delivery and 4-6 weeks after giving birth. Method of measurement: questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postpartum Depression. Timepoint: 24-48 hours after childbirths, 10-15 Days After childbirth and 4-6 weeks after giving birth. Method of measurement: Edinburgh Depression Scale.
