Intervention 1: In the intervention group telephone counseling and education in about breast cancer definition, sign and symptoms of breast cancer, risk factors of breast cancer, breast cancer problem
Prevention
In the intervention group telephone counseling and education in about breast cancer definition, sign and symptoms of breast cancer, risk factors of breast cancer, breast cancer problems and screening
In the control group participates will not receive any educational program and telephone counseling. Evaluation will be done before and tree months after intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria :being woman ;having a family history of breast cancer (such as mother, sister, daughter or other caregiver) ; being aged 40 years and above, having access to the phone ;not being deaf or having hard of hearing and speaking ; Ability to speak Farsi;no history of breast cancer. Exclusion criteria: unwilling to continue cooperation
