Intervention group - A bracelet that is an orb to pressure it is closed at the desired location (P6) one hour before surgery. After the induction of general anesthesia, the bracelet will be opened.
Control group - The same bracelet is closed at the desired location (P6) one hour before surgery. After the induction of general anesthesia, the bracelet will be opened.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The elderly patients (over 60 years of old); Cataract surgery with general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of congenital heart disease History of severe pulmonary disease History of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract History of malignancies Vomiting during previous surgeries Postoperative vomiting Use of anesthetic drugs at least 12 hours before surgery
