18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 18-35 years old during pregnancy; pregnancy age under 12 weeks; having two risk factors for getting gestational diabetes ( Body Mass Index over 30 kg/m2; History of diabetes in the first class family; History of diabetes in previous pregnancy; History of the birth a baby above 4 kilos); minimum fifth degree elementary education; no addiction and more important of other access to the landing phone or cell phone for calls and Exclusion criteria: disinclination for presence in the study; unresponsive to two calls at least and occurrence of complications related to expect diabetes pregnancy.
