Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for bladder tumor resection through the duct Age over 40 years Deep bladder tumor with muscle invasion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with advanced respiratory diseases Cardiovascular disease Diabetes Peripheral neuropathy Previous pelvic or inguinal surgery Hematological disorders Obstructive neuropathy Inguinal lymphadenopathy Allergy to local anesthesia Perineal infection or hematoma at the needle insertion site
