Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have done knee arthroplasty Patient consent for neuraxial anesthesia Age between 50 to 80 year old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient's lack of consent to perform the procedure Infection at the site of anesthesia Sensitivity to local anesthetics Coagulation disorders The presence of symptoms indicating increased intracerebral pressure (headache, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting) People with diabetes mellitus over 5 years with the possibility of polyneuropathy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain score at different times after surgery using visual scoring scale (VAS). Timepoint: in the recovery department and after being transferred to the inpatient department at 12, 6, and 24 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: using the visual scoring scale (VAS).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The first time of needing narcotic drugs after surgery. Timepoint: The first time of needing narcotic drugs after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on patient records, subtracting the first hour of narcotic administration from the time they left the orthopedic surgery room.
