Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy 28 weeks and over of gestation Intrauterine Growth Restriction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current use of melatonin Pregnancies requiring immediate delivery A history of systemic diseases A history of smoking Contraindications to melatonin use
