Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 60-74 years Have a good hearing Get a score of more than 5 Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Get a score of more than 18 Mini-Mental State Examination Have not previously received music interventions or were not musicians Not taking sleeping pills and psychiatry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Death of elderly Secondary insomnia Occurrence of major stressors
