Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age of 20 to 23 years; nulliparous; singleton; at least literate; possibility of phone call. Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy complications such as preterm delivery, prom, preeclampsia and eclampsia; stressful event.
