Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Infusion of ketorolac 30 mg in 100 normal saline for 15 minutes. Intervention 2: Control group: Infusion of morphine 1 mg/kg in in 100 normal saline for 15 minutes.
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention group: Infusion of ketorolac 30 mg in 100 normal saline for 15 minutes.
Control group: Infusion of morphine 1 mg/kg in in 100 normal saline for 15 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age of 15 to 66 years; spinal trauma. Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding; narcotic and alcohol addiction; thoracic pain; hemorrhage; low consciousness; liver disease; communication disorders.

Pain. Timepoint: before intervention and 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes after intervention. Method of measurement: using visual analog scale.
