Intervention 1: There will be four groups. Three of them will be intervention groups and the other on will be control group. One of the groups will receive hypnotism treatment for test anxiety based

There will be four groups. Three of them will be intervention groups and the other on will be control group. One of the groups will receive hypnotism treatment for test anxiety based on the protocol
This treatment consists of four sessions within four weeks. The third group will receive relaxation sessions but will be called hypnotism to examine the placebo effect of hypnotism. Because the label
The second group will receive progressive muscle relaxation based on the protocol presented by Golfrid et al. (1976).
The fourth group which is a control group will not receive any treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: female students aged 17 -19 years old; getting higher than 12 in Sarason exam anxiety questionnaire.

Exam Anxiety. Timepoint: before and immediately after the treatment. Method of measurement: Sarason test anxiety measure.
