Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Be in the moderate risk for doing exercise test according to the cardiologist diagnosis; Having no previous history of chronic hypertension; No previous history of anxiety disorders; Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to stay in research; Inability to continue cooperation
