Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnant women; 24- 33 weeks; uterine regular conteraction and intact amniotic bag. Exclusion criteria: multiple pregnancy; rupture of amniotic bag during the study; delivery before second sonography; vaginal bleeding; the history of use of progestrone.
