Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome Individuals aged 18 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neoplastic disorders cardiovascular diseases malabsorptive disorders current or previous (within the last 6 months) use of hormonal; antidiabetic and anti-obesity medications.

Insulin resistance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after 12 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Calculation using HOMA formula.;Fasting serum Insulin levels. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after 12 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Elisa kit.
