Inclusion criteria: Age range of 30 to 35 years BMI> 30

Exclusion criteria: Take an intervention to lose weight in the last year Lack of participation in athletic exercises for at least the last six months Lack of structural and abnormalities No history of any Fractures and surgery in the last 1 year Lack of cardiovascular, renal, hormonal and liver disease Lack of menopause
