Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physical health No history of bone, cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and brain disease Not using zinc supplementation and yoga practice Lack of history of fracture and surgery No history of participation in regular sports activities Not participating in a specific weight loss program, including diet or physical activity Do not drink alcohol or tobacco

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with certain diseases Participate in the sports program Taking anti-inflammatory drugs
