Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included criteria: Hemoglobin A1c higher than 7; having of type-2 diabetes mellitus Exclusion criteria: suffering from other chronic diseases; history of neurological and psychiatric disorders; drug abuse; being in other psychological programs; more than two session absences in experimental group

Fasting Blood Suger. Timepoint: Before intervention - after intervention - 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Photometric.;Hemoglobin A1c. Timepoint: Before intervention - after intervention - 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: HPLC.

Anxiety. Timepoint: Before intervention - after intervention - 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: patients score in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale questionnaire.;Depression.
