Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: male infertility; age between 22-60; non-obstructive azoosperima; maturation arrest in testicular biopsy; married men; consent inform Exclusion criteria: history of testicular surgery; recent sexual transmitted infection; anatomical abnormalities of testis; cancers
