Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 6 years and 12 years Traumatic finger injury Inpatient orthopedic surgery candidate Satisfaction to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parental dissatisfaction for entering the study A history of certain diseases (such as diabetes, asthma, congenital anomalies syndromes, etc.) History of local anesthetic allergy Age under 6 years and over 12 years Carry out emergency procedures

Postoperative pain. Timepoint: At baseline before block, after block and during operation with intervals of 15 minutes until discharge. Method of measurement: Wong-Baker FPS.
