Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 1 to 6 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using NSAIDs during two weeks before surgery The history of trauma to the same finger in the past Extending the duration of operation for more than 2 hours Allergy to local anesthetics Coagulation disorders The presence of congenital abnormalities in the skeletal system The presence of systemic diseases Congenital heart anomalies Parental dissatisfaction Severe neuropsychiatric diseases Infection in the site of surgery
