Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women aged 18-45 years Gestational age of 24-28 weeks Fear of childbirth score above 65
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of mental disorders according to the mother statement Known fetal abnormalities Unplanned pregnancy History of participating in physiological birth classes History of recurrent miscarriages or pregnancies with artificial reproductive techniques
