Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women 18-35 years with gestational age of 24-28 weeks according to the LMP (Last Menstrual Period) and ultrasound; Low-risk pregnant women for prenatal care (able to attend classes and do not have pregnancy complications and chronic diseases and mental disorders); No previous breast feeding disorders and abnormalities of the breast; Have at least secondary school education; Have the ability to communicate. Exclusion criteria: If they are diagnosed high risk during the prenatal care;
