Intervention 1: Intervention group: For the intervention group powder form of diet (KetoCal) will be used for 6 month of duration and carbohydrate intake by the diet wouldn't be not more than 5-10

Intervention group: For the intervention group powder form of diet (KetoCal) will be used for 6 month of duration and carbohydrate intake by the diet wouldn't be not more than 5-10 % of total energ
Control group: this group will receive a regular diet for 6 months and 24 hour recall method will be used to evaluate the diet and percentage of carbohydrate.State of ketosis of this group will also b

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Age between 2 to 18 years:Advanced metastatic cancer with solid tumor:Patients, those can tolerate this diet. Exclusion criteria;Patient's cancer recovery can not be measured clearly, such as leukemia, skin;Patients those cannot tolerate this diet.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessmennt of tumors size and cancer cells. Timepoint: pre and post intervention. Method of measurement: At baseline and then every two weeks data regarding anthropometric indices,carbohydrate restricted diet,tumor size and metastasis state will be measured, under the supervision of nutritionist and pediatric oncologist.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Risk ketosis in patients. Timepoint: restricted ketosis diet. Method of measurement: Patients will be fully trained by dietician to consume the given regime. Ketosis status of the patients will be checked three times a week.
