Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: patient with Dyspnea, History of Ischemic heart disease or Hypertension, 18 years or older. Exclusion Criteria: Not being diagnosed heart failure, Transfer to other facility less than 6 hours
