Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have consented to open surgery and do not need a hysterectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the patient has a history of pelvic radiation. If the patient has a history of surgeries related to the pelvic malignancies. If the patient has a history of kidney transplantation .

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Prolaps improvement. Timepoint: 3, 6,12 months postop. Method of measurement: Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) System.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Adverse events. Timepoint: 3, 6 , 12 months postop. Method of measurement: history taking and physical examination.
