Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The gestational age is 22-20 Single pregnancy Pregnancy is low risk Minimum reading and writing literacy There is no speech or hearing impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have psychological problems or have a history of mental illness Use certain drugs that are effective on the mental Over the past six months, there have been serious accidents and stress Have a history of infertility Drugs or psychotropic drugs and alcoholic beverages

Fear of childbirth. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (22-20 weeks of gestation) and at the end of the study (week 40-38 gestation). Method of measurement: Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnarie(W-DEQ).;Self efficacy. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (22-20 weeks of pregnancy) and at the end of the study (38-40 weeks of gestation). Method of measurement: Maternal self-efficacy questionnaire.
