Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men between 18 and 65 years of age Women between 18 and 65 years of age Sharp or penetrating hand injury The first visit in the first week of injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They may have received any treatment that could affect the central nervous system or the peripheral nervous system in the past month. Patients who have undergone surgery for their peripheral nerve injuries. Patients who have not completed any necessary medical treatment for their peripheral nerve injury (such as medication, physiotherapy) at least three months prior to the study. Patients who lack sufficient understanding of the study. Patients who lack sufficient the ability to follow the protocols. Smokers Pregnant women Patients with systemic diseases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Growth of nerve in centimeter. Timepoint: Measurement of longitudinal growth of the damaged nerve 2,4,6,8,10 and 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Tinel test.

Acceleration of nerve growth based on EMG and NCV test. Timepoint: 2,4,6,8,10 and 12 weeks after the intervention.
