Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with gestational age of 28-32 weeks; First or second pregnancy; Tendency to delivery in Imam Khomeini Hospital of Khalkhal city; Non participation in similar classes. Exclusion criteria: High-risk pregnancies including gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, twin and multiple pregnancies; Mothers with amniotic fluid and placental disorders and fetal death; Mental illness and drug abuse; Having cesarean section indications including previous cesarean section, malpresentation, pelvic stenosis, large fetus, and ... .

Pain during labor. Timepoint: each hour during active phase of labor. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Perceived stress. Timepoint: Before intervention and after admission to the hospital for delivery. Method of measurement: Perceived Stress Scale.

Duration of second stage of delivery. Timepoint: From full dilatation of cervix until birth of newborn. Method of measurement: Minute.;Duration of Third stage of delivery. Timepoint: From birth of newborn until complete explusion of placenta. Method of measurement: Minute.;Childbirth fear. Timepoint: Before intervention and 36th week of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire Version A (WDEQ-A).;Duration of active phase of labor. Timepoint: From 4 cm dilatation until full dilatation of cervix.
