Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: premedication with midazolam 0.5 and 1 mg / kg. Intervention 2: Control group: Dexmedetomidine at a dose of 1 microgram per kilogram.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient satisfaction On-pump surgery Age 40 to 65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A cardiovascular disease and prolonged CPR DVT history in the last 6 months A history of advanced kidney or lung disease Duration of surgery for more than 5 hours
