Intervention 1: Intervention group: Inject ketamine (0.5mg / kg) (2 cc volume) before skin incision. Intervention 2: Control group: Prescribe cc 2 normal saline before skin incision.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 years old ASA Class 1, 2 BMI less than 30 Candidate for open kidney surgery Satisfaction to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to the drug being studied Drug and alcohol addiction History of seizure and psychological illness Use of any analgesic drug before surgery
