Intervention 1: The intervention group is given 1-gram Stachys lavandulifolia tea bag twice a day. Intervention 2: The control group is given 1-gram normal tea bag twice a day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: personnel with at least 6 months of work experience; personnel use no medication for controlling their job stress; personnel participates in the study willingly. Exclusion criteria: personnel unwilling to participate in the study; personnel who stop consuming Stachys lavandulifolia; personnel who start drug consumption; personnel who change their workplace.
