Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Passing at least one year and maximum 4 years since the last menstrual period; Lack of mental illness; Not smoking, alcohol and drugs by individuals; No use of hormone therapy in the past 6 months; scores more than five of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index; lack of malignant diseases such as cancer and epilepsy; The literacy ;No use of sleep effective drugs such as antihypertensives, Benzodiazepines, antihistamines and … Exclusion criteria: the occurrence of disasters and crises to the individual during the study; Diagnosed mental disorder during the study; No participate in more than one sessions
