Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under methadone maintenance treatment Aged 18 to 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using colecalciferol 3 months before the intervention History of metabolic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension before the intervention Unwillingness to cooperate.
