Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 50000 IU vitamin D (Zahravi, Tabriz, Iran), once every 2 weeks, for 12 weeks orally. Intervention 2: Control group: Placebo (Barij Essence, Kashan, Iran), once ever

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under methadone maintenance treatment Aged 18 to 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using colecalciferol 3 months before the intervention History of metabolic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension before the intervention Unwillingness to cooperate.
