Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent2. Aged 18 to 35 3. Iranian women who living in Mashhad city4-At least primary education5-women who have first marriage and only wife6- Acquired 0 to 10 score from self- Beck test at the first day after delivery 7 -women who have cesarean section delivery.8-women who have wanted pregnancy.9- Women who have singleton pregnancy with gestational age from 37 to 42 week10- Having a phone number to call11- Women who have healthy baby based on Neonatologist and does not have disclose anomalies or needs special treatment interventions during the study period.12- Women who have no history of mental disorders based on comments from Gynecologist and document

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria baseline:1- History of stillbirth or infertility, two abortions and more2- History of medical or obstetric problems during the current pregnancy3- History of mental disorders, especially severe family history of depression4- Disabilities, disability or chronic illness of wife or children5- A history of severe mental emotions over the last 6 months (severe financial problems, unemployment, family problems such as separation from wife, illness or death of a family member)6- A history of mental illness and drugs that affect mental7- Addiction to cigarettes, drugs and Sedation or use them within the past 24 hours8- Complications of postpartum (preeclampsia, eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, infection, Breast problems, anemia)9- The loss of parents to 11 years (death, divorce)10- The birth weight of the baby is less than 2 kg Exclusion criteria during the study:1- During the study, the mother experiences a medical problem2- Do not use the treatment for one day or use it less than three times a day

MeasureTime frame
Post partum blues. Timepoint: Before the intervention-Day 5-3? Day 10 and Day 14 after delivery. Method of measurement: Tribal intervention by Beck standard questionnaire Second Edition and SELF-back before the intervention and after delivery in 5-3 days, 10 and 14 with the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale.

Allergic reactions or side effects after taking capsules or medical disease. Timepoint: 1 to 14 days after delivery. Method of measurement: According to of medical condition or disease.
