Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients between 18 and 65 years; patients with minimum one healthy tooth quadrant Exclusion criteria: allergy to local anesthetic agents; history of systemic disease; pregnancy and lactation; take any CNS depressants including alcohol or any analgesic medication within the last 24 h; have pulp and preapical disease; using tobacco products
