Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: severe penile angulation (>60°) penile length less than 13 centimeters hinge- or hourglass-deformity complex curvature (multiple axis) patient’s consent to cooperate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: erectile dysfunction
