Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE Acute phase of PD Penile curvature less than 30 degrees Erectile dysfunction associated with sexual activity Unwillingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having heart complications (low blood pressure or chest pain) Injection site infection

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Progression of penile curvature. Timepoint: Penile curvature and IIEF-5 will be reassessed after 12 weeks in both groups. Penile curvature progression is selected as the primary outcome and is defined as worsening of penile curvature (=10 degrees) after 12 weeks. In the case of multilevel penile curvature, greater curvature will be considered. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
IIEF-5 score is selected as secondary outcome. Timepoint: After 12 weeks. Method of measurement: IIEF-5: International Index of Erectile Function - 5 Item Version.
