Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18 to 65 years old who are planned to be treated elective TULP lithotripsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in need of emergency intervention Concurrent UTI Pregnancy Breast feeding Heart failure Liver failure Kidney failure History of GI bleeding Hypertension Glucoma Fungal infection Immunocompromised patients Uncontrolled diabetes Patients not willing to participate
