| Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) score. Timepoint: Pretest-Posttest-Follow-up. Method of measurement: The Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) is a structured method of history-taking administered by a physician or therapist in the form of an interview. In this questionnaire (30 items in the validated Persian version), the interviewer asks the patient about their everyday experiences and general states, and the individual's score is calculated based on a Likert scale to measure symptom severity.;PTSD checklist (PCL) score. Timepoint: Pretest-Posttest-Follow-up. Method of measurement: The PTSD checklist (PCL) is a 20-item self-report questionnaire (17 items in the available Persian version) completed by the patient. The items address the individual's symptoms of the disorder and their experience in daily life. Each item is scored on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from "not at all" (1) to "extremely" (5). The total score is calculated by summing all item scores, and individuals scoring above a specified cut-off point (typically 50 for military personnel) are considered to have PTSD symptoms. | — |
