Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Acute Coronary Syndrome; age from 30 to 75 years; personal access or one of the family members to DVD player for using from Multimedia program; ability to read; lack of previous using from multimedia training methods and educational booklet about acute coronary syndrome; Contact with the research department or a family member; Knowing the time, place and person. Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue participation in the study; Use of similar educational resources; Worsening of the disease.
