Inclusion criteria: Volume resuscitation Central venous pressure monitoring Emergent venous access Hemodialysis Nutritional support Inotropes age 18 to 80 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: venous thrombosis uncorrected coagulopathy skin site infection
