Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine treatment plus counseling session 60 min once a week for 4 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Just routine treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age of 20 to 40 years; primary infertility; abating stress score of 150 or more. Exclusion criteria: Chronic diseases; occurring stressful events during study; substance abuse.
