Intervention 1: Intervention group: high protein diet [high protein (HP)
protein amount of 1.2 grams per kilogram body weight (gr/kg)]. Intervention 2: Control group: standard protein diet high protein diet [standard protein (SP)
protein amount of 0.8 grams per kilogram body weight (gr/kg)].

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy women having a body mass index (kg/m2) 18.5 body fat>30 % aged between 30 to 60 years
