Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: at least 3 months experience of developing chronic renal failure by hemodialysis; have a neurological condition normal cardiovascular; skeletal and muscular disorders; debilitating lack of physical activity; lack of scars and redness in limbs; insensitivity to heat and cold; Exclusion criteria: patients with catabolic processes such as cancer; diabetic neuropathy; non-observant; use of painkillers and psychiatric drugs; alcohol abuse; neuromuscular disorders and arthritis; inflammatory diseases and poor perfusion; having hand disabilities s
