Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with asthma disease; 20- 65 years old; the ability to read and write; lack of visual and hearing problems; the patient's ability to speak in Persian language. Exclusion criteria: home displacement and Inaccessibility to them; past involvement to training sessions; other training sessions attended by patient during the study; the presence of at least one of the training sessions.
