Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being at the age of 25 to 60 years old Reading and writing literacy people diagnosed with T2DM for 6 months Physical and motor abilities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a disease that affects the research The presence of other illnesses and severe complications from diabetes (history of stroke, heart failure, nephropathy, nephropathy, etc.)
