Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: consent to participate in research? residing in Mashhad? aged between 18 and 35 years? first pregnancy? at least primary education? singleton pregnancy? low-risk pregnancy. Exclusion criteria: history of infertility? psychological problems? drug abuse history.
