Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: symptomatic myomas without response to medical treatments (laparotomy, infertility for more than 3 years with myomectomy indication), pelvic pain and pressure, frequent urination and constipation) uterus size less than 18 weeks not accepting hysterectomy Myoma grade 2-6 based on ultrasound the cause of myoma bleeding has been diagnosed patients with symptomatic myoma candidates for myomectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent to participate in research women with multiple myomas use of tricyclic antidepressants and monoamine oxidase inhibitors Patients with liver diseases, ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, diabetes, asthma, COPD, recurrent vascular thrombosis and malignancy, G6PD deficiency, history of oxalate stones, coagulation problems, seizures, uncontrolled hypertension, hyperthyroidism. A history of oxalate stones and a serum creatinine level >1.5 mg/dL
