Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Tablet levtriastam 500 mg once a day for 6 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: Tablet amitriptyline 100 mg once a day for 6 months.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 45 years; migraine without aura. Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding; using prophylactic drugs for migraine; diabetes; liver failure; renal failure; hematologic disorders; cardiovascular diseases; depression; epilepsy; glaucoma.
