Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: willingness to participate in the study; without attending similar training. Exclusion criteria: having inflammatory diseases of genital system; emigration; reluctance to continue to participate in the study; irregular participation in training classes; the absence of pre-test or post-test session.
